Relax, unwind and de-stress.  This eight-week guided meditation course taught by Uma Mullapudi of Heartfulness, Dayton will help you refocus and relax through meditation techniques.  No experience necessary and all abilities are welcome.  This program will be held online, and registration is required to receive log in information.
