The discussion for April is Maiden Flight: a novel (Historical Fiction-2017) by Harry Haskell, grandson of Henry J. Haskell (husband of Katharine Wright). "Haskell imaginatively makes what was already an interesting triangle even more emotionally gripping. This slow burn of a story draws readers in more deeply with each page and makes Katharine truly the most intriguing Wright of them all." -- Booklist. This title was selected to complement discussions of the Miami Valley's Big Read The Wright Brothers by David McCullough. Copies of Maiden Flight will be available at the Centerville Library Reference Desk after the previous month's discussion. The programs are held at the historic Smith House (Bill Yeck Park) located at 2230 E. Centerville Station Road.
