Genealogy Interest Group

8:30 AM - 10:00 AM
Centerville Library
Information Stations
Meet informally to discuss genealogy, use the library’s genealogy databases (Ancestry and Fold3), and learn from each other. If you would like to bring your own laptop or devices you are more than welcome to, however, we will have all 12 Information Stations reserved for this event and attendees. This is not an genealogy instruction workshop but the presenter will be able to provide general guidance with the genealogy databases and resources.

If you are wanting more in-depth help with the library's genealogy resources and databases, please consider a Book-a-Librarian Session. These are hour long, one-on-one sessions with an Adult Services Librarian. You can schedule a Book-a-Librarian Session at Centerville Library by calling (937) 433-8091 ext 2 or email cvref@wcpl.lib.oh.us. To schedule a Book-a-Librarian Session at the Woodbourne location, please call (937) 435-3700, ext 2 or email wbref@wcpl.lib.oh.us. Reference librarians will be available to answer questions.
